Complete Refurbishment

Removal of all internal walls, all electrics, plumbing and plaster ttotally back to the bare shell. Side extension. Complete refurbishment including kitchen utility, boiler room, office, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms lounge and dining areas. Rewired and replumbed and installed all new underfloor heating. Double garage to the side Literally replaced everything and added a new patio.

Single Storey Rear Extension

Removed existing walls to make completely open planned. Installed new Kitchen and dining area, underfloor heating throughout. Created new ground floor cloakroom, utility re-fit. New floors, doors and decoration throughout. Also reinstating existing paving.

Kitchen Extension

Modern rear kitchen extension with patio, followed with a first floor ensuite bedroom at a later date.

Rear Extension

Ground floor rear extension and first floor side extension. Comprising of 2 new bedrooms and ensuite. Refurbishment and oak panelling to Hallway. Created a new Ground floor cloakroom.
